Well, it’s another day. The first day back to work. What’s there to say. One could think that I’d be annoyed to go back to work, but truth is, I’m good at my job. I enjoy what I do, and work with some fantastic people. Overtime, I’ve learned that corporations aren’t truly evil entities, but rather a mob mentality that breeds incompetence. There’s a lot of people who are unwilling to challenge their leaders, and conversely, there are people in leadership unwilling to be challenged. I’m fortunate to work for a group that has neither of these traits, and we exercise constructive dissent. It’s great, and if you’re not happy in your job, you should find a new one. Your job doesn’t need fulfill you, but it shouldn’t be something you dread.
