Issue 2 in Ohio

What SB5 has effectively attempted to do is to vilify public workers for making gains that compare to the overall success of the economy whereas private sector employees have had stagnant wages, yet their companies reap increasing profits year-over-year. We need to lift up private employees to demand back their fair-share that they have every right to because they helped to amass that fortune. They did what they were told.

If we can re-empower those already employed, get them more money into their pockets, it will repower demand in this country. When you look at businesses, they aren’t investing because they have no money, they aren’t investing because there is nowhere to invest. Consumers aren’t spending because they don’t have the money to spend. Businesses are working against their own long-term interest in favor of short-term gains and the fat-cats at the top have filled the country with lies that they need even more money to supply jobs.

More money for the middle class and out of the upper tier also means more taxes for all levels of governments, and we would effectively reverse any necessity for bills like SB5. A vote yes on issue 2 is a direct vote against your own interests and the interests of the country as a whole.
